In addition to supporting you to meet the Health and Social Care Act regulations, we can support you if you are setting up a new service or wanting to restructure your existing service.

Consultancy

We provide a range of consultancy services to help you to maximise your business and to provide a quality service for your clients. Consultancy can include support to improve your rating, establish your new care service, attracting clients or managing recruitment challenges.

 

Our consultancy services are confidential and we are flexible about where we provide services. We can visit your service, meet you at a location of your choice or support you remotely by Zoom.

CQC Compliance Support

We provide a range of CQC Compliance support options to help with achieving and maintaining compliance.

If you have received a Requires Improvement or Inadequate rating we can support you to improve your rating and become compliant.

Provider Assessment And Market Management Solution (PAMMS)

Have you had a PAMMS assessment completed by your Local Authority and need to complete an action plan to improve? We can support you to complete the required actions and to meet the Local Authority standards.

Professional Supervisions

We offer structured Supervision Support Services to help CQC

registered Domiciliary, Residential and Supported Living care services enhance professional development, maintain compliance, and improve care quality.

Our expert led supervision sessions provide guidance, feedback, and support to Registered Managers, Providers, Directors, and Nominated Individuals. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours and follows a structured agenda covering performance management, safeguarding, compliance, leadership, and service improvement.

All discussions remain confidential, with secure record-keeping in line with GDPR. A detailed summary, including agreed actions, is provided within 7 days to support continuous development.
