This workshop is for managers who are working in CQC Registered Adult Social Care Services – Domiciliary Care, Residential Care and Supported Living.
About the Workshop
Robust and comprehensive Care Plans and Risk Assessments are essential to enable your staff team to effectively support clients and to ensure that you are providing safe care.
The workshop will provide participants with an understanding of:
- Health and Social Care Act requirements relating to care planning and managing risks
- How to complete comprehensive Care Plans and Risk Assessments to enable you to meet the needs of your clients
- Managing risks relating to the health, safety and welfare of clients.
Participants will receive a range of care planning and risk assessment documents for them to use in their workplace if they wish.
The workshop is aimed at managers.
